Voltammetric behavior of 2-aminobiphenyl, 3-aminobiphenyl, and 4-aminobiphenyl at a boron-doped nanocrystalline diamond film electrode was investigated using cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry. Optimum conditions have been found for the determination of those genotoxic substances by differential pulse voltammetry at the above given electrode in the concentration range of 2 × 10−7 to 1 × 10−5 mol/L.  相似文献

The crystal structures of caesium dihydrogen arsenate(V) bis[trihydrogen arsenate(V)], Cs(H2AsO4)(H3AsO4)2, ammonium dihydrogen arsenate(V) trihydrogen arsenate(V), NH4(H2AsO4)(H3AsO4), and dilithium bis(dihydrogen phosphate), Li2(H2PO4)2, were solved from single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction data. NH4(H2AsO4)(H3AsO4), which was hydrothermally synthesized (T = 493 K), is homeotypic with Rb(H2AsO4)(H3AsO4), while Cs(H2AsO4)(H3AsO4)2 crystallizes in a novel structure type and Li2(H2PO4)2 represents a new polymorph of this composition. The Cs and Li compounds grew at room temperature from highly acidic aqueous solutions. Li2(H2PO4)2 forms a three‐dimensional (3D) framework of PO4 tetrahedra sharing corners with Li2O6 dimers built of edge‐sharing LiO4 groups, which is reinforced by hydrogen bonds. The two arsenate compounds are characterized by a 3D network of AsO4 groups that are connected solely via multiple strong hydrogen bonds. A statistical evaluation of the As—O bond lengths in singly, doubly and triply protonated AsO4 groups gave average values of 1.70 (2) Å for 199 As—OH bonds, 1.728 (19) Å for As—OH bonds in HAsO4 groups, 1.714 (12) Å for As—OH bonds in H2AsO4 groups and 1.694 (16) Å for As—OH bonds in H3AsO4 groups, and a grand mean value of 1.667 (18) Å for As—O bonds to nonprotonated O atoms.  相似文献

Polyelectrolyte multilayer films adsorbed on gold surfaces were studied by combined ellipsometric and electrochemical methods. Multilayers were composed of “synthetic” (poly(4-styrenesulfonic acid) ammonium salt (PSS) and poly(allylamine hydrochloride) (PAH) (PSS/PAH)) and “semi-natural” (carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and chitosan (CHI) (CMC/CHI)) polyelectrolytes. It was found that only PSS/PAH Layer-by-Layer (LbL) assembled structures result in dense surface confined films that limit permeability of small molecules, such as ferri-/ferrocyanide. The PSS/PAH assemblies can be envisaged as films with pinholes, through which small molecules diffuse. During the LbL deposition process of these films a number of pinholes quickly decay. A representative pinhole diameter was found to be approximately 20 μm, which determines the diffusion of small molecules through LbL films, and yet remains constant when the film consists of a few LbL assembled polyelectrolyte bilayers. CMC/CHI LbL assemblies at gold electrode surfaces give very low density films, which do not limit the diffusion of ferri-/ferrocyanide between the surface of the electrode and the solution.  相似文献

In an effort to find conditions favouring bioelectrocatalytic reduction of oxygen by surface-immobilised human ceruloplasmin (Cp), direct electron transfer (DET) reactions between Cp and an extended range of surfaces were considered. Exploiting advances in surface nanotechnology, bare and carbon-nanotube-modified spectrographic graphite electrodes as well as bare, thiol- and gold-nanoparticle-modified gold electrodes were considered, and ellipsometry provided clues as to the amount and form of adsorbed Cp. DET was studied under different conditions by cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry. Two Faradaic processes with midpoint potentials of about 400 mV and 700 mV vs. NHE, corresponding to the redox transformation of copper sites of Cp, were clearly observed. In spite of the significant amount of Cp adsorbed on the electrode surfaces, as well as the quite fast DET reactions between the redox enzyme and electrodes, bioelectrocatalytic reduction of oxygen by immobilised Cp was never registered. The bioelectrocatalytic inertness of this complex multi-functional redox enzyme interacting with a variety of surfaces might be associated with a very complex mechanism of intramolecular electron transfer involving a kinetic trapping behaviour.  相似文献

Ionizing radiation is a factor that seriously damages cellular mechanisms/macromolecules, e.g., by inducing damage in the human genome, such as 5′,8-cyclo-2′-deoxypurines (cdPus). CdPus may become a component of clustered DNA lesions (CDL), which are notably unfavorable for the base excision repair system (BER). In this study, the influence of 5′S and 5′R diastereomers of 5′,8-cyclo-2′-deoxyadenosine (cdA) and 5′,8-cyclo-2′-deoxyguanosine (cdG) on the uracil-DNA glycosylase (UDG) and human AP site endonuclease 1 (hAPE1) activity has been taken under consideration. Synthetic oligonucleotides containing 2′-deoxyuridine (dU) and cdPu were used as a model of single-stranded CDL. The activity of the UDG and hAPE1 enzymes decreased in the presence of RcdG compared to ScdG. Contrary to the above, ScdA reduced enzyme activity more than RcdA. The presented results show the influence of cdPus lesions located within CDL on the activity of the initial stages of BER dependently on their position toward dU. Numerous studies have shown the biological importance of cdPus (e.g., as a risk of carcinogenesis). Due to that, it is important to understand how to recognize and eliminate this type of DNA damage from the genome.  相似文献

A practical and efficient microwave-assisted solid-phase method for the synthesis of N,N'-linked oligoureas and related amide/urea hybrid oligomers, featuring the use of succinimidyl (2-azido-2-substituted ethyl) carbamate monomers, is reported. The rate enhancement of urea formation under microwave irradiation combined with the mild conditions of the phosphine-based azide reduction makes this approach very effective for routine synthesis of oligoureas and possibly for library production.  相似文献

Structural information for neutral magnesium oxide clusters has been obtained by a comparison of their experimental vibrational spectra with predictions from theory. (MgO)(n) clusters with n = 3-16 have been studied in the gas phase with a tunable IR-UV two-color ionization scheme and size-selective infrared spectra have been measured. These IR spectra are compared to the calculated spectra of the global minimum structures predicted by a hybrid ab initio genetic algorithm. The comparison shows clear evidence that clusters of the composition (MgO)(3k) (k = 1-5) form hexagonal tubes, which confirm previous theoretical predictions. For the intermediate sizes (n≠ 3k) cage-like structures containing hexagonal (MgO)(3) rings are identified. Except for the cubic (MgO)(4) no evidence for bulk like structures is found.  相似文献

'Herbal highs' have been advertised as legal and natural substitutes to cannabis, but a detailed examination of these products has revealed that the herbal matrix is laced with synthetic substances that mimic the effects of marijuana. Producers select the ingredients based on the results of scientific studies on the affinities of different chemicals to cannabinoid receptors. Naphthoylindoles have turned out to be the most popular class of substances identified in the products. Legal actions taken in order to tackle the problem of uncontrolled access to one substance have usually resulted in the marketing of derivatives or analogues. In the study, the mass spectral behavior of twelve synthetic cannabinoids from the naphthoylindole family under electrospray ionization (ESI) was investigated. LC-QTOFMS experiments were performed in three modes (low fragmentor voltage, high fragmentor voltage with/without collision energy), and they enabled the identification of protonated molecules and main ions. A general fragmentation pattern under this ionization method was proposed, and mechanisms of ion formation were discussed. The developed procedure allowed the determination of substituent groups of the core naphthoylindole structure and distinction between positional isomers. The obtained results were used for the prediction of the ESI-MS spectra for many naphthoylindoles with a high affinity to cannabinoid receptors. Similarities and differences between ESI-MS and electron impact-MS spectra of naphthoylindoles were discussed. The developed identification process was presented on an example of an analysis of an unknown herbal material, in which JWH-007 was finally identified. Knowledge of the fragmentation mechanisms of naphthoylindoles could also be used by other researchers for identification of unknown substances in this chemical family.  相似文献
